Stress Management

There are a variety of different techniques to manage stress you can use distraction methods or take a sedative my favourite methods are to write or drink coffee and smoke cigarettes writing helps if it’s connected to important issues coffee and smokes are best because they’re widely accepted and do work well. But smoking is maladaptive because it is just burning money and a health hazard with writing it’s constructive and consumes time and when you’re done there is a finished product something to read so there are benefits in writing. It is hazardous to continue smoking it leads to health concerns writing is much more beneficial and I can see what I have done at the end of a day. There are a lot of different activities that can be performed instead of smoking like playing tennis or crocheting or collecting stamps. I find writing the most beneficial but if your mind troubles you medicine may help, but medicine and smokes will have to be managed they are used far to much.
